Crane Man Inc — Website Intake

Let's build it, Joyce.

Six quick steps, and we'll build you a site you're proud of. Answer in your own voice — the more you share, the more it'll feel like Crane Man. Anything you don't have yet, just write N/A. Only the starred fields are required.

1
You & Your Story
This is the part most websites get wrong — and the part that's going to make yours stand out. People hire Crane Man because of who you are. So tell us.
The 2010 beginning — the first truck, the husband-and-wife story. The short, gut version is plenty here.
+
Want to tell the longer version?
The full story behind what you built. Don't hold back — this is what makes people trust you.
One truck to a fleet and a shop — your fleet size now, the shop, how many techs.
Owners and key crew — names and roles you'd want customers to know.
2
What You Do
Everything you do for people. This becomes the "what we do" of your site.
Add each one — a name and a sentence on what it covers. From your current site we know you do crane repair & inspection, DC electrical, hydraulics, air compressors, PTO/hydraulic pumps, weld repair, line boring, chain/sling inspection, high rail inspection, wireless radio repair, bed/body paint & repair, and maintenance programs. Confirm, correct, or add to that here.
Towns and counties you cover. We have Charleston, Logan, Beckley, Morgantown, Clarksburg, Huntington, Williamson, Parkersburg — fix or add to it. Do you go to the customer, work in-shop, or both?
3
Proof & Credibility
The stuff that makes a buyer with a down crane trust you on sight. Don't be modest — give us the numbers.
In business since 2010 — what else? Fleet size, techs, jobs/year, anything with a number on it.
Pick a few favorites to put front and center. Paste who said it and what they said.
4
Products & Online Store
Your parts and equipment — the part you reached out about.
Joyce — read this part. We are not building the store in this first round. We're building you a website you love first, then we'll bring the store in the right way. But we're going to ask you a lot about it anyway — because the only way to build a site that's truly ready to grow your parts and equipment sales is to understand your full vision for it now. The more you tell us here — even the "someday" stuff — the more ready the site will be the day we flip it on. So dream a little. Tell us everything.
No wrong answer — "call for price" is common and totally fine in this trade.
We'll build it to match. If you want to add a part from your phone in two minutes, we design for that.
+
Anything else about your store vision — even "someday" ideas?
5
Look & Feel
The vibe. None of this is required — even a few words helps us aim the design.
Be honest — this is the fastest way for us to build you something you actually like.
Paste links or just describe them — competitors count.
6
The Practical Stuff
Last stretch — what the site should do, and how people reach you.
Real photos beat stock every time — they're what make the site feel like the actual Crane Man.

Anything we didn't ask that's on your mind?
You're all set, Joyce.
